Gender pay gap

The gender pay gap is the difference in average earnings between women and men. Employers with more than 250 staff must report their organisation’s gender pay gap. Gender Pay Gap calculations are based on employer payroll data from a specific date each year. The specific date is called the ‘snapshot date’. The Trust as a public sector organisation uses a snapshot date of 31 March and we must publish our data by 30 March the following year.
