The Executive Summary of the Full Business Case is available here. This document was required by regulators to inform their assessment of our merger and gives detail on the case that was made for our two trusts to come together and the steps taken to achieve that.
We are sharing the summary as it describes how we plan to integrate and some of the principles that will apply.
We will be sharing this information with local stakeholders to share our ambitions around how we can deliver changes collaboratively to help improve the health of the local population.
