Board meetings

As part of the Trust’s robust plans to keep staff and public safe, the Board of Directors meetings held in public will adhere to the Trust’s on-going social distancing measures. As a result, the number of observers in attendance at the Trust Board meeting held in public will be limited, and therefore places to observe the meeting will be allocated on a first come basis.

If you would like to request to observe a Board meeting, please email: or call 0151 529 8692, with your full name and company details if you are attending as a corporate representative. Your request must be received before 12 noon on the Monday prior to the board meeting.

Board agendas will be published in advance of meetings and papers published in full following the meeting. Members of the public are able to submit questions to the Board via email. Questions should be sent to at least three working days prior to the Board meeting.

Questions relating to specific and detailed information that is held by the Trust will generally be dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and directed appropriately.
