Board meetings

As part of the Trust’s robust plans to keep staff and public safe, the Trust’s Board of Directors meetings will not be held in public until further notice. As planned members of the public are now able to observe the meeting virtually.

If you would like to request to observe a Board meeting, please email, with your full name and company details if you are attending as a corporate representative. You will then be provided with a link to join the virtual meeting as an attendee. Your request must be received before 5pm on the Monday prior to the board meeting.

Board agendas will be published in advance of meetings and papers published in full following the meeting. Members of the public are able to submit questions to the Board via email. Questions should be sent to at least three working days prior to the Board meeting.

Questions relating to specific and detailed information that is held by the Trust will generally be dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and directed appropriately.
