A Member can be anyone in our community, including patients and staff, that takes an active interest in their local hospitals and would like to have a say in how their health services are run.
As a Foundation Trust we use the views of our Members to shape our services to best serve the people in our community.
Our Council of Governors voice the feedback from our Members to the Board of Directors, to influence decision making and the Trust’s future plans.

We welcome Members who are over 16 years of age and who live in Liverpool, the North West and North Wales.
Once registered you will be kept up to date about Trust news through our Members’ Bulletin, you can vote and/or stand in Governor Elections, attend member events and you can sign up on https://healthservicediscounts.com/ to receive exclusive offers and discounts!
