Liverpool Echo back KnifeSavers

Our staff would like to thank Liverpool Echo who have announced a new campaign to support KnifeSavers to educate and empower the public on how to control bleeding.

After being stabbed, a person can bleed to death in just five minutes. KnifeSavers wants everyone to be able to stop the bleeding - keeping someone alive for long enough to get them an ambulance, and get them to hospital.

The new joint campaign aims to get 100 bleeding control kits in place in Liverpool and educate staff and the public on how to use them.
